5. Sending via WhatsApp or email

The quote builder prepares a message with the data you enter and opens it in WhatsApp or your email. The request is only sent when you confirm sending it from that app.

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain the business relationship, or for the period required by law.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to informes@spectralatam.com with the subject “Datos personales” (Personal data). If you believe we did not handle your request, you may contact the National Personal Data Protection Authority of Peru's Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
